Senior Sales Promotion & CRM Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to compare different seasons or specified periods to obtain market data, competitor information, consumer behaviors, target customer data, and market trends for use in the development of annual marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, product team, and sales team to prepare the specified and agreed marketing plans. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of these plans, analyze problems and obstacles that impact goals and plans, and provide recommendations to the Marketing Manager and relevant teams.
  • Verify data and present improvements and developments in marketing plans, including marketing communications.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with partners and collaborators to enhance the efficiency of sales promotion activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales figures and challenges in achieving sales targets for each branch. Use this information to review marketing plans and make necessary adjustments. Initiate and develop new promotions to support marketing efforts and boost sales volume.
  • Collect, maintain, and update customer databases from various branches for member registration, card distribution, SMS messages, and more through CRM strategies and platforms.
  • Create reports on various sales promotion activities, dashboards, and CRM programs.
  • Conduct surveys on competitors and branches to collect and compile data for analyzing and creating reports on various assigned marketing plans.
  • Compile data and reports to support the marketing team, including sales team, product, and online marketing, to develop sales promotion plans and create a positive brand image to drive sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in promotions, CRM, or related roles within the retail fashion industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel (Pivot & VLOOKUP)
  • Good understanding of luxury retail fashion customer
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English (written, verbal, and visual)
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure
Assistant E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute digital/online marketing campaigns (e.g. SEO, SEM, Facebook, Google Analytics, LINE, Instagram, Tik Tok, SMS mobile and website etc.) 
  • Evaluate online promotion campaigns and work with the Sales, Marketing and Production team to improve the e-Commerce strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee operation for brand’s online store across all e-Commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shoppee, Central online and online stores, to drive improvement in conversion rates, cart value and improve customer experience.
  • Develop all sales summary reports, history, key insights, and promotional spending to make recommendations for ad campaign changes and future campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage P&L and budget to ensure the online sales business growth and promotional allowance goal is met.
  • Build the e-Commerce team, mentor, and develop new people that join our teams as full-time employees.
  • Build strong relationships and foster teamwork to achieve maximum performance.
  • Research market to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance or keep current knowledge of online trends.
  • Analyze traffic to assess website maintenance and monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Develop partnership marketing programs with partners i.e. marketplace.

Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, or IT related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Digital Marketing 
  • Had background in Fashion retail business is a plus.
  • Be able to supervise the team members, self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and solve problems with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have experience in content management and merchandising systems, including analysis of E-Commerce merchandising and sales performance
  • Good knowledge of Canva and MS Office
  • Detail oriented, good problem skills and time management
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate confidently and effectively
  • Good command of English language
